Platform builds are priced by scope, not by the hour, and the number is in writing before work starts. Management plans are optional and month to month.
One-time project. You own the code, the data, and the infrastructure on day one.
8–12 weeks
One department, one end-to-end workflow. The spreadsheet-and-email process that everyone complains about.
Most common
12–16 weeks
Multiple departments or a customer-facing side. Dispatch plus billing, intake plus client portal, field plus office.
Phased
Multi-entity, legacy replacement, or compliance-heavy operations that need a staged rollout.
Optional, month to month, cancel any time. The person who built the platform is the one on call for it.
Keep the platform running, patched, and backed up.
The platform keeps improving as the business changes.
Dedicated environment and a response commitment you can put in a contract.
Discovery produces a written scope, and the proposal prices that scope as one fixed number. The figure depends on how many service lines, integrations, and user types are involved, which is why it is not printed here. Tell us about the process and you will have a number within days of the first call.
Yes. If you want to add something mid-build, we price the addition separately and you decide. You never get a surprise invoice.
No. You own the code and can host it anywhere or hand it to your own IT team. Most clients choose a plan because the person who built the system is the one supporting it.
The first call is free. If a project needs a deeper discovery phase before it can be scoped, that phase is quoted separately and credited against the build if you proceed.
Off-the-shelf tools charge per seat forever and make you work around their assumptions. A custom platform is built around how your operation runs, has no per-seat fees, and is an asset on your balance sheet.
Not sure which tier fits? Put your numbers into the process cost calculator or send the messy version and we will sort it out together.
One call, one written proposal. No retainer to find out what it costs.
