Scope

These terms cover your use of lansdownedata.com. Software development, hosting, and support engagements are governed by the written proposal and agreement signed for each project, which take precedence over anything here.

Information on this site

Pricing ranges, timelines, and calculator results are illustrative and based on past projects. They are not an offer. A binding price and scope exist only in a signed proposal. Case studies and portfolio descriptions summarise real work and may omit or generalise client details at the client's request.

Acceptable use

Do not use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, probe the site for vulnerabilities without written permission, or submit content you do not have the right to share. We may block traffic that abuses the site.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and code of this site belong to Lansdowne Data. Software we build for clients belongs to the client on the terms in their agreement; that ownership is the point of the service and nothing here reduces it.

No warranty for the site

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on information published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
