What does the manual version actually cost?

Most operations teams have never added it up. Move the sliders to match one process you run on spreadsheets, email, and memory. The numbers update as you go.

How the math works

Annual manual cost is people × hours per week × 48 working weeks × fully loaded hourly cost. Savings apply the automation percentage to that cost. If you enter a quote, payback divides the build cost by monthly savings net of the monthly plan, and three-year net subtracts the build and three years of the plan from three years of savings. Without a quote, only the cost of the manual process and the savings are shown.

It deliberately ignores the things that are harder to price: fewer errors reaching customers, faster invoicing, and managers who stop asking for status updates. Those tend to matter more than the hours. See the engagements page for what each tier includes.
