Platform builds are priced by scope, not by the hour. Management plans are optional and month to month. Every number below is a real range from real projects.
One-time project. You own the code, the data, and the infrastructure on day one.

Yes. Discovery produces a written scope, and the proposal prices that scope. If you want to add something mid-build, we price the addition separately and you decide. You never get a surprise invoice.
No. You own the code and can host it anywhere or hand it to your own IT team. Most clients choose a plan because it is cheaper than a part-time developer and the person who built the system is the one supporting it.
The first call is free. If a project needs a deeper discovery phase before it can be priced, that phase is quoted separately, usually $5K–$8K, and credited against the build if you proceed.
Off-the-shelf tools charge per seat forever and make you work around their assumptions. A custom platform is built around how your operation runs, has no per-seat fees, and is an asset on your balance sheet.
Not sure which tier fits? Run the numbers on the process cost calculator or send the messy version and we will sort it out together.
One call, one written proposal. No retainer to find out what it costs.
